Ajoy Barretto returned to his Goan roots from Bangalore in 2016, answering Mervyn Britto's call to help launch a Goa-centric digital radio station. While the original concept evolved over 9 years into The Merv Britto Show—a unique live video talk show—Ajoy never wavered in his belief in the platform's purpose. He remains deeply committed to creating a global space for Goans & Goa enthusiasts to share their voices & to Mervyn's unmatched ability to deliver those stories with positivity, fun & flair.

Since moving to Goa in 2014, to join Merv, originally as Head of Client Management for Synapse & Co's, she's co-founded Merv Enterprises, worked with Get Pro Sports Management & launched Infinet, a Goa-based ISP.
